Service Provider Terms & Agreement
Effective Date: May 2025
This Agreement outlines the expectations and responsibilities for verified service providers (“Provider”, “you”) participating in the Service Coin ecosystem.
1. Purpose
Service Coin allows real-world service professionals to optionally accept SRV for services, participate in staking or NFT rewards, and represent themselves as verified providers within the Service Coin community.
2. Eligibility
- You must be a licensed service provider where applicable
- You must operate in good legal standing
- You agree to uphold fair, ethical service standards
3. Payments & Token Use
- SRV may be accepted as full or partial payment — at your discretion
- There is no guarantee of future value or convertibility of SRV
- All tax and reporting obligations are your responsibility
4. Rewards & NFTs
Some verified work may be eligible for on-chain recognition or reward (e.g., NFT badges). Rewards are subject to DAO approval and documentation requirements (photos, location, job type).
5. Responsibilities
- Complete services accurately and on time
- Do not misrepresent work, claim fake jobs, or defraud the system
- Follow the guidelines for badge/reward claims if submitting jobs
6. Use of Branding
Approved providers may display the Service Coin logo in their marketing materials. Branding use is subject to compliance with guidelines and may be revoked.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or revoke provider status if fraudulent activity or misconduct is found. Verified NFT badges may be invalidated if abuse occurs.
8. No Liability
Service Coin DAO LLC and its affiliates assume no liability for real-world disputes, damage, or claims arising between customers and service providers.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and the State of Wyoming where applicable.
