This is experimental technology in a volatile market. We do not and cannot guarantee any returns. You use this platform at your own risk and are responsible for the security of your wallet.

Our Role

We provide the platform to allow you to interact with the Service Coin protocol. We do not provide financial, legal, or investment advice. The services are provided "as is" without warranties.

The Agreement

By using our platform, you agree to these terms. We may update them occasionally, and your continued use means you accept the changes. This agreement is governed by the laws of Wyoming.

The Full Legal Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Service Coin protocol, website, and any associated decentralized applications ("Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
  • You must not be located in a jurisdiction subject to U.S. sanctions or crypto restrictions (e.g., North Korea, Iran, Syria).
  • Use is restricted in jurisdictions where digital asset platforms are prohibited.

2. Services Provided

The Platform allows users to:

  • Stake Service Coin to earn token rewards.
  • Use the Service Coin DApp for transactions.
  • Participate in DAO governance via Snapshot or similar tools.

All services are executed via decentralized smart contracts and are not custodial.

3. Risk Disclosure

  • There are no guaranteed returns or rewards.
  • Smart contracts are experimental and may have vulnerabilities.
  • You use this Platform at your own risk and are responsible for your wallet and assets.

4. No Financial Advice

Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for evaluating and assuming the risks associated with your use.

5. User Conduct

  • Do not attempt to hack, exploit, or attack the smart contracts or frontend systems.
  • Do not use the Platform for any illegal or fraudulent activities.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Service Coin DAO LLC, its members, and associated developers disclaim any liability for losses arising from the use of the Platform. All services are provided "as is" with no warranties.

7. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Platform signifies your acceptance of any updates.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.
